Installation:

Before procuring floor bunding, it’s imperative to verify the ground clearance of forklifts to ensure compatibility. The installation process is straightforward and demands minimal expertise. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

1. Confirm suitability of the ground surface and clean it meticulously.
2. Plan the layout of your bunding and cut lengths as required.
3. Arrange the bunding using a chalk line, allowing for expansion gaps.
4. Pre-drill holes for concrete fasteners and securely fix the bunding.
5. Optionally, apply sealant to the underside of the bunding.
6. Securely insert concrete screws and apply sealant between lengths.
7. Allow the sealant to cure before using the bunding.
