We do not recommend using the berm more than one time.

Yes, all three sizes fold down when not in use for easier/more efficient shipping and storage.
Is the liner included?
Yes, a heavy-duty, 6 mil polyethylene (LLDPE) liner is included with each unit.
Is this only for concrete washout?
No, it can also be used for paint waste, drywall mud and stucco.
What do I do with the concrete washout?
Washout should be allowed to dry/harden. It can then be broken up and hauled away/disposed of.
