Description
The Ultra-Pellet Drain is an integrated drainage solution for flexible containment bunds, specially developed to capture plastic resin pellets—commonly known as nurdles—while allowing rainwater to drain freely. Ideal for sites handling plastic manufacturing materials, this product helps prevent the release of nurdles into the environment, supporting cleaner operations and environmental compliance.
Important Note:
The Ultra-Pellet Drain must be ordered at the same time as the compatible bund, as it is built directly into the bund wall. It is designed specifically for pellet containment and is not suitable for bunds used to hold liquids.
Features & Benefits
-
Large 152mm Diameter Drain: Allows for rapid rainwater drainage, reducing pooling while containing nurdles within the bund.
-
Efficient 17×8 Weave Design: Effectively traps plastic pellets while enabling quick liquid outflow, ensuring site safety and cleanliness.
-
Customisable for Larger Areas: Multiple drains can be installed for use with larger bunds, ensuring efficient drainage across wide areas.
-
Heavy-Duty Construction: Made from vinyl-coated polyester for durability and resistance to wear in demanding environments.
