Frequently Asked Questions:

  1. Do the Ultra-Pipe Drip Diverters come with bungee cords? Yes, each unit comes with a 4-pack of rubber straps.
  2. What size is the hose attachment? The hose attachment is designed to be used with a standard 19mm (garden hose) fitting.
  3. Is the hose included? No, the hose is optional (Product CHU1782 – 7.62 L Green hose.  Product CHU1792 – 7.62mL Clear hose).  It will also work with any standard garden hose with a 19mm fitting.
  4. Do you have any other sizes? While we do not have any other size Ultra-Pipe Drip Diverters, we do have the Ultra-Roof Drip Diverter which is very similar and available in several different sizes.
  5. Is this product heat resistant? What material is it made from? This product passes a heat resistance test (82 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes.) We highly recommend testing it in the actual heat application before use.
