Description

Ultra-Containment Wall System High-Capacity Modular Bunding Solution

Ultra-Containment Wall System is a high-capacity, hard-walled bunding solution designed for spill containment around large vessels such as frac tanks, tanker trucks, and heavy vehicles. It delivers reliable performance in demanding environments where large-scale spill control is critical.

Ideal for oilfields and multi-vehicle work areas, the Ultra-Containment Wall System can be quickly deployed and reconfigured to suit changing site conditions.

Key Features

  1. Modular design: The Ultra-Containment Wall System uses modular wall sections and corner pieces. As a result, you can create a containment area in almost any size or shape.
  2. Heavy-duty liner: It includes a 762gsm textured polyethylene liner. This creates a strong, impermeable barrier that helps contain leaks and spills.
  3. High-capacity walls: The taller wall height provides more containment volume. Therefore, it is well suited for large or semi-permanent bunding areas.
  4. Reusable system: You can disassemble and reuse the system when needed. This makes it a cost-effective option for long-term use.
  5. Works on most surfaces: The Ultra-Containment Wall System can be installed on concrete, gravel, sand, or mud. It also works on uneven ground. Importantly, it does not require anchoring, so setup is quick and simple.

Applications

  • Flexible installation: Can be installed on concrete, gravel, sand, mud, or uneven ground without the need for anchoring.
  • Large vessel containment: Designed for frac tanks, chemical storage tanks, tanker trucks, and other bulk storage units.
  • Temporary bunding: Ideal for plant equipment and machinery with spill risks on active worksites.
  • Bunded storage: Suitable for IBCs, drums, ISO tanks, containers, and other assets that require spill protection.

FAQs

How is the liner held in place?

The 762gsm polyethylene textured liner is held on the walls with 2.4m long clips. These clips snap over the liner and the straight section walls (see image in gallery).

What size liner do I need?
  • 0.3m wall -we recommend 1.5m extra one on each side
  •  0.6m wall – we recommend 3m extra on each side
  • 0.9 wall  – we recommend 4.5m extra on each side.

Liners are 3657mm wide and may be larger than your Ultra-Containment Wall system. You can trim the excess material with a utility knife. Trim the liner as close to the ground as possible for more movement and adjustments.

Why is the overall dimension of the system different than the sum of the component lengths?

The components overlap when connected to provide additional support/security.  Because of this overlap, the overall dimension of a system is shorter.

Do the walls stack in case we need to move them to another location?

Yes. The wall stacks for easier storage and shipping

Is the Ultra-Containment Wall available with a drain?

No. The product design is not compatible with a drain.
